New Delhi , Nov. 11 US-BASED IT services firm Keane Inc today said it plans to invest between $50-100 million in India to increase its services delivery capability five-fold to 10,000 employees in the next three to five years. Outlining the company's plans for India, the Keane Inc President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Brian Keane said, "We will invest between $50-100 million in India in the next three to five years to take our headcount at research and development centres here to 10,000 from 2,000 at present. The announcement relates to Keane's transformational initiative in which it is implementing a fully integrated global business model." As part of this initiative the company is investing in expansion of its vertical, business and technology practices in India. "While we will continue to grow in US, UK, Australia and Canada, the growth in India will be highest.
