SBT launches toll-free infoline

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore (SBT) launched an all-India toll-free infoline (1600 425 5566) here on Friday.

Mr M. P. Ayyappan, Managing Director, Kerala Power Finance Corporation, formally inaugurated the facility by making the first call.

To be `live' 8 a.m. through 8 p.m. seven days a week, the call centre will make available information about the bank's products and services, addresses and telephone numbers of branches. For information that may not be readily available, the call will be registered to provide feedback within 24 hours.
