Hyderabad , Nov. 10

PROF V. Rajaraman of IISc, Bangalore, who chaired Thursday's plenary session at the 40th annual convention of the Computer Society of India held here, released a book titled The State IT and Development, and e-World, a CD brought out by The Hindu Business Line.

It comprises 500 articles illustrating the development of ICT in the country.
