Megasoft revenue, net up

HYDERABAD: The Megasoft group has recorded revenues of Rs 29.76 crore and net profit of Rs 6.13 crore for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005 against revenues of Rs 22.21 crore and net profit of Rs 2.59 crore for the corresponding quarter last year, according to a company statement.

For the last fiscal ended December 31, 2004, the group posted revenues of Rs 84.92 crore and a loss of Rs 6.41 crore.

During the third quarter, the company successfully issued convertible preferential shares and other instruments to part-fund its expansion plans.
