Mutual Funds Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions UTI Mutual stake in IVRCL goes up to 9.45% Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Oct. 26 UTI Mutual Fund has acquired 5.11 lakh shares of IVRCL Infrastrctures & Projects Ltd, aggregating to 2.39 per cent of its total share capital on October 17 through market purchase route. Following this, the holding of UTI MF in IVRCL has increased to 20,20,859 shares aggregating to 9.45 per cent of its total share capital. Earlier, UTI MF acquired 4.48 lakh shares of IVRCL aggregating to 2.09 per cent of the total share capital during August 25 to October 14.
