IVRCL plans to revise global offering size upwards to $200 m

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd plans to revise upward the size of the proposed global offering.

The company has informed the stock exchanges that in supercession of the resolutions passed by the shareholders at the annual general meeting on September 30, the company plans to approach shareholders once again seeking approval for raising of monies by way of FCCBs/ADRs/GDRs up to an aggregate value of $200 million instead of $140 million as approved earlier.

Further, the company informed that a meeting of its board of directors would be held on October 29 to consider the fresh proposal.
