Anil Agarwal to head Assocham

New Delhi , Oct. 21

MR Anil K. Agarwal, President, Cosmos Group, was today elected as the President of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) at the 85th annual general meeting of the chamber.

Mr Venugopal Nandlal Dhoot, Chairman and Managing Director, Videocon Group, was elected the Senior Vice-President of the chamber.

The meeting also saw the election of 126 industrialists in the chamber's Managing Committee.
