Maan Sarovar to build two IT parks in Chennai

THE Chennai-based Maan Sarovar Properties Development (P) Ltd is investing Rs 120 crore to set up two IT parks on Chennai's Information Technology highway, Mr Saurabh Gulechha, Head-Marketing, Maan Sarovar, said.

Maan Sarovar Heights, covering 4-lakh sq.ft with 40,000 sq.ft floor plates, is coming up in Kotivakkam. Maan Sarovar Techno Creek, covering 4-lakh sq.ft with floor plates of 65,000 sq.ft, is coming up in Semmencherry.

Maan Sarovar Properties is a 40-year-old construction group that has developed residential projects for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, the Reserve Bank of India and ITC Ltd, among others. Some other projects it has developed are the Wheel and Axle Plant for the Indian Railway in Bangalore, buffer godowns for the Food Corporation of India in Coimbatore, and Singapore Plaza in Chennai.
