Thums Up launches `pure gold scheme' in AP

HYDERABAD: Coca-Cola India will launch a 45-day campaign to promote the Thums Up brand, offering gold coins and other prizes. The `24-Carat Swachamaina Bangaram (Pure Gold)' scheme will begin on October 1 and close on November 15.

"Lucky consumers will find information under the crown on prizes, ranging from a gold coin or a free Thums Up bottle to discounts," Mr Vikas Gupta, Vice-President (Marketing) of Coca-Cola India, said here in a press release.

The company has tied up with World Gold Council for the certification of the gold coins. The Telugu film star Chiranjeevi will be featured in the promos.
