Chennai , Sept. 1 SEA Food Club, a division of the Chennai-based Seaeyes Systems Ltd (SSL), has launched a new salmon range, which includes Alaskan smoked pink salmon fillet, canned salmon in brine, salmon pickle and salmon sausages. Australian cricket legend, Mr Dennis Lillee, the brand ambassador of Sea Food Club, launched the new range. Mr P.S. Venkatachalam, Managing Director, SSL, said the company would import two containers of salmon from Alaska. It exports Rs 10-crore worth of seafood and has seafood processing operations in Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam and Mumbai. The company has a turnover of Rs 14 crore and domestic sales of about Rs 4 crore. The other products under the Sea Food Club brand are prawns, lobsters, squids and clams. The products are available in 12 cities.
