HYDERABAD: Mr J.M. Lyngdoh, former Chief Election Commissioner of India, has said that governance and ethics should go hand in hand.

"While following the principles of governance we should keep off the elements that are likely to come in the way of ethics," he said, delivering the 30th Foundation Day of NAARM (National Academy of Agricultural Research Management) here on Thursday, an academy release said.
