Software Dexterity only Indian exhibitor at European market research meet Our Bureau
Chennai , Aug. 31 DEXTERITY Business Analysts has opened a second facility in the Ambattur Industrial Estate and plans to ramp up operations to become one of the top three players in the next two years. The company, which provides information technology solutions for the market research and business intelligence sectors, has invested about Rs 3.5 crore for the 14,500-sq ft office, which will house 215 people. Mr Palanivel Kuppusamy, CEO, Dexterity, said the funding for this project had come from internal accruals. He said the company would participate in ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Market Research) Congress 2005 in Cannes between September 18 and 21. Dexterity, the only Indian company to exhibit at ESOMAR, will highlight its expertise in providing software for market research agencies, Mr Kuppusamy said. The company provides solutions for application management, telecom solutions and knowledge process outsourcing services. Dexterity registered a turnover of $1 million last fiscal and is driven by overseas business. The international market for research and analysis is estimated to be about $17 billion.
