Screen printers expo to be held in Delhi

New Delhi , Aug. 29

IN an attempt to enable Indian screen printers access the latest technological innovations, The Federation of European Screen Printers' Association (FESPA) will bring companies here to participate in the world expo to be held in December.

The FESPA World Expo will be the largest exhibition in the region for screen-printing and digital imaging. For the first time screen and digital printing machinery from manufacturers in Singapore, France, Canada, USA, Australia, Germany, Sweden and others would be available here.

Among the confirmed companies are Vutek, Fujifilm, Sericol India, SaatiPrint, Autotype, TAS and Gandi.

Speaking to Business Line, Mr Frazer Chesterman, Director, FESPA Exhibitions, said, "There are more than one lakh screen printers in India.

The show will provide a fantastic opportunity for the latest technology to be showcased as well as for manufacturers and printers alike to network."

Mr Bhargav Mistry, Vice-President, Screen Printers Association in India, said in a statement, "Never before has there been such an exhibition. It will be an excellent opportunity to experience leading-edge technologies in action."
