Apple launches new product lines

New Delhi , Aug. 18

APPLE Computer Inc on Thursday announced the launch of its new line of products comprising the Mac mini, the iBook, iPod and Mighty Mouse here. It also announced the enhancement of its Mac mini line, including increased memory, wireless networking and Bluetooth features, and DVD burning at a price range between Rs 25,600 and Rs 38,200.

The company also announced merger of the iPod and iPod photo lines into a single line of white iPods with different storage capacities of 20 GB and 60 GB priced between Rs 20,700 and Rs 29,000.

Apple also launched an enhanced version of its iBook G4 line, priced at Rs 58,000. The new range of iBooks offer two monitor sizes of 12 and 14 inches having 1.33 GHz and 1.42 GHz processors, respectively.
