Mumbai floods

The meagre grant that Mumbai received for its rehabilitation should cause every Mumbaikar to raise a slogan of "No taxation without representation".

The State treasury has been held hostage to demands of corrupt politicians and dubious NGOs.

The representatives of the Mumbai constituency, who seem to be more occupied in a blame-game than with relief measures, should be held accountable.

Suhas S. Bohra
