PSU autonomy

This refers to the editorial "An airline hobbled" (Business Line, July 30), which explains how the government is placing hurdle after hurdle in the way of Indian Airlines buying aircraft.

If this is the case, there is no meaning in giving more financial autonomy to PSUs.
