Disha setting up facility at Pune

Our Bureau

Bangalore , July 27

DISHA Technologies, the 100 per cent software testing subsidiary of Aztec Software, is setting up a Rs 35-crore facility at Pune to house customisable test labs to cater to Disha's customers in the US, Europe and India.

The facility will seat approximately 1,500 employees and also include training centre, according to the company.

The subsidiary has 500 people on board now but declined to give a time-frame on employee growth. Disha is scaling up its existing facilities also to meet short-term needs — it will move into its fourth facility in Pune — and is also planning to expand its facilities in Hyderabad.

Mr K.B. Chandrasekar, Chairman, Aztec Software, said, "Disha's independent testing expertise and Aztec's product engineering depth uniquely position Aztec-Disha to service customers in the rapidly growing product engineering outsourcing space."
