First Global acquires Way2Wealth Securities

Mumbai , July 21

FIRST Global has acquired Way2Wealth Securities (W2W).

W2W is engaged in equity broking, mutual fund distribution, insurance sales and wealth management. It operates through a nationwide spread of 55 branches, employs over 500 people and has a base of about 75,000 clients.

First Global is a multinational securities house, with memberships on the London Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq.

"We are very pleased with the acquisition of W2W. First Global's considerable and well-recognised skills will be utilised to increase the throughput through W2W's phenomenal network, and will create a financial services powerhouse," said Mr Shankar Sharma, Director of First Global Group in a release.
