Outsourcing Corporate - New Projects MphasiS sets up BPO at Noida Our Bureau
Bangalore , July 19 THE MphasiS BFL Group has set up a 1,000 seat BPO centre at Noida and is expected to start operating from September. MphasiS has BPO facilities in Bangalore, Mangalore, Pune and Tijuana (Mexico). According to Mr Jerry Rao, Chairman and CEO, MphasiS BFL, the company has witnessed a sharp rise in business volumes from domestic customers. He said "MphasiS has made a strategic decision to cater to and further tap the domestic segment. In the initial stage of operation, the Noida facility will cater to clients in the telecom and financial services industry and we expect to see a significant increase in both our volume of business as well as overall client base."
