MosChip mulls FII cap hike

HYDERABAD: MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the members of the company will consider the approval of the resolutions (through Postal Ballot) of raising of investment limit of foreign institutional investors (FIIs) and NRIs.

The postal ballot will also decide the re-appointment and fixation of remuneration to the Chairman and CEO and its Managing Director. Mr A. Ahalada Rao, Company Secretary, has been appointed as scrutiniser for conducting the postal ballot process.
