IT Training ICFAI B-school, SAS partner for courseware Our Bureau
Hyderabad , July 5 THE ICFAI Business School (IBS) and SAS, an enterprise software company, have announced new courseware to handle business intelligence and analytical capabilities. Speaking to newspersons after signing a MoU today, the Managing Director and CEO of SAS India, Mr Sudipta K. Sen, said that the ICFAI initiative will leverage business intelligence applications to shape future business leaders. SAS India partners with some of the leading management schools. According to the arrangement, IBS plans to introduce SAS courseware on customer intelligence, risk intelligence, data warehousing, and data mining as part of the curriculum in the University across its pan-India network of ICFAI's 14 campuses. The introduction of such a focused course in a B-school is to bridge the technology gap between academia and business and develop analytical skills. This would be done by imparting training in both business intelligence software and tools and honing up skills. This course would help the students in validation of all business decisions based on analytical reasoning.
