Kolkata broker surrenders licence

Hyderabad , June 28

KOLKATA-based Inspire Ensurance Broking Solutions Pvt Ltd, a direct insurance broker, has voluntarily approached the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) to surrender the insurance broking licence granted to it.

According to the IRDA Member (Non-Life), Mr Mathew Verghese, the broking company has informed IRDA about the stopping of all fresh insurance business with effect from October 30 last year.
