Resorts & Amusement Parks Tax on amusement parks K.K. Mustafah
A scene from a water theme park near Kochi. The State Government has promulgated an ordinance that local self-government bodies may fix entertainment taxes on amusement parks. They range from Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs 1 crore annually depending on the area covered by the parks and the amount invested.
