FCI bond issue oversubscribed

New Delhi , June 10

THE third private placement of Food Corporation of India (FCI) bonds has been oversubscribed by more than 3.5 times. The issue realised Rs 3,530 crore as against the target size of Rs 976.5 crore.

FCI has decided to retain the target size of Rs 976.5 crore under the five-year tenure at a cut-off coupon rate of 7.18 per cent.
