HYUNDAI today announced the launch of new variants of the Santro Xing, which are priced up to Rs 19,000 cheaper than the earlier models.

The new variants include a non-air conditioner variant Santro Xing XK, which is priced at Rs 2.79 lakh.

Meanwhile, the new Santro Xing XK has been priced at Rs 3.27 lakh down from about Rs 3.46 lakh earlier while the XL variant of Santro Xing will be priced at Rs 3.46 lakh down by over Rs 16,000.

The new Santro Xing variants - XK-Non AC, XK and XL - will have the latest 1.1 litre engine with eRLX Active intelligence technology resulting in better pick-up, better fuel efficiency and lower maintenance and enhanced engine life, a company statement said.

The new variants also come with stylish colour-coordinated interiors, a new front grill and a 4-speed AC blower that makes the air conditioning more efficient.
