Amtek to issue $150-m FCCBs

NEW DELHI: Auto components major Amtek Auto Ltd said on Saturday that it would issue Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of $150 million.

The shareholders, in an extraordinary general meeting, have approved the issue of FCCBs of up to $150 million, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. They have also approved a hike in the borrowing limit of the company from Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,000 crore.
