Nava Bharat to consider stock split

HYDERABAD: Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Ltd proposes to consider stock split at its ensuing board meeting scheduled for May 28.

The board would also consider audited profit and loss account for the fiscal 2004-05 and balance sheet as on March 31, 2005. It would also consider proposal to recommend dividend for the year, the company said in a press release here.
