Greentech meet begins in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: The fourth annual Greentech International Conference and Exhibition with a focus on occupational health, fire, safety and security began here on Wednesday.

Mr S.C. Mithal, Vice-President and Unit Head of Shriram Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd, must take a serious view of laxity of a few workers leading to accidents. These few employees made all the difference.

While some companies could set benchmarks in safety, others failed, thanks to this lax attitude of some staff, a Greentech press release said.
