CHENNAI: Congruent Solutions, a Chennai-based software development and business support services provider, has taken over the consulting business of the US-based Reliance Software Consulting.

This will enable Congruent to strengthen its focus on technology consulting, says a press release issued by Congruent.

Mr Bala J. Raman, co-founder and President, did not divulge the exact value of the acquisition, but told Business Line that it was sub $5 million.
