MUMBAI: Praj Industries has reported a net profit of Rs 5.85 crore for the fourth quarter of 2004-2005 against Rs 3.36 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income for the quarter was Rs 69.79 crore (Rs 31.83 crore).

The company has announced a second interim dividend of Rs 7.20 per share taking the total dividend to Rs 10.80 per share.

For the full year, Praj reported a net profit of Rs 22.47 crore (Rs 8.13 crore) on a total income of Rs 234.96 crore (Rs 108.66 crore).
