Apollo Hospital board meet

CHENNAI: Apollo Hospital's board will meet on Monday to discuss an issue of equity shares or depository receipts or warrants on preferential basis.

The board will also consider giving existing shareholders an option to divest their holdings in the overseas market through a sponsored ADR/GDR.

It will further consider a preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares to the promoters and a preferential issue of equity shares "to certain existing institutional investors."
