Nestle board to decide on interim

NEW DELHI: Nestle India's board of directors is slated to meet on April 19 to consider declaration of interim dividend for the year 2005, if any.In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that any interim dividend declared for the year would be paid on or after May 10.
