Promotions & Offers Will Dhoni be next big catch for sponsors? Our Bureau
New Delhi , April 6 THE new-kid-on-the-block, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, may soon become a poster-boy. Within a day of his scoring 148 runs in just 128 balls, Kolkata-based celebrity management company Gameplan Sports has signed on Dhoni. According to Mr Jeet Banerjee, Managing Director, "There have been enquiries from sponsors and we are in the process of evaluating the proposals." He was, however, not willing to divulge names or the categories. According to sources in the advertising industry, "Dhoni's saleability will also depend on this performance in the forthcoming matches."
