Nihar mulls settling dues

HYDERABAD: Nihar Info Global Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on April 6, to consider and approve compromise offer of Rs 1.1 crore towards final settlement of dues to Bank of India, Overseas Branch, Hyderabad, by sale of the company's mortgaged immovable property.
