Fedders Lloyd to issue 1-cr warrants

MUMBAI: Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd has informed the BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on March 23, inter alia, to consider the following:

Issue of one-crore warrants convertible into equity shares of the company and fixation of date, time and venue of EGM for the aforesaid issue of warrants.
