Central aid for development

HYDERABAD: The Centre has released a grant of Rs 2,265.73 lakh for 2004-05, as second instalment to six districts of Andhra Pradesh under the Sampoorna Grameen Rozgar Yojana.

The grants for various development projects are to East Godavari, Kadapa, Krishna, Mahboobnagar, Medak and Srikakulam. The total grant was to the tune of Rs 4,219.57 lakh, according to an official release.
