Forbes group, HDFC set up publishing co

Mumbai , March 7

THE Shapoorji Pallonji-owned Forbes Group and HDFC Ltd have jointly set up a new print publishing company, Next Gen Publishing Ltd (NGPL).

HDFC Ltd will hold 19.8 per cent shareholding in NGPL and the rest will be held by the Forbes Group. The equity share capital is Rs 3 crore.

NGPL will be headed by Mr Hoshang Billimoria, former Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Tata Infomedia Ltd. The NGPL board includes Mr Nawshir Khurody, Mr K.C. Mehra, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director, Forbes Gokak, Mr Keki Mistry, Managing Director, HDFC Ltd, and Mr R.N. Jha, former Director, LIC. NGPL will be launching its firstmagazine shortly.
