Jet Airways IPO price fixed at Rs 1,100

JET Airways Ltd has fixed the issue price for its Initial Public Offering at Rs 1,100 per share. Bidding closed three days ago.

The book-built issue for the initial public offer of the country's biggest domestic airline was subscribed 16.2 times. The bidding for the 100 per cent book-built issue opened on February 18 and closed on February 24.

The offer for 17.27 million shares, or 20 per cent of the expanded equity, was subscribed 1.5 times in 10 minutes at the upper end of the offered range of Rs 950 to Rs 1,125.

The shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange.
