Food & Cuisine Hyderabadi food fest in Coimbatore Our Bureau
Coimbatore , Feb. 21 THE Residency, Coimbatore, is hosting a Hyderabadi food festival from February 24 to March 6 between 7 p.m. and midnight at The Pavilion, its 24-hour coffee shop. The Kebab Festival is part of the dinner buffet at The Pavilion, except on Sundays, when it is offered as part of the lunch buffet as well. The food festival menu includes a traditional welcome drink, choice of traditional vegetarian or non-vegetarian soup and assorted salads. The main course offers a selection of 14 vegetarian and 6 non-vegetarian dishes for the main course, along with specialty biriyani, pulao and bread selections. Three raithas and three pickles will also be available. The dessert menu during the festival will include six traditional desserts apart from the standard continental desserts. Apart from the buffet spread, one vegetarian and one non-vegetarian Hyderabadi specialty will be offered to guest from an at site grill.
