Idea Cellular cuts rates

Kochi: Idea Cellular Ltd has, on Friday, dropped STD tariffs for national long distance calling on pre-paid and post-paid by 35 paise per minute to Rs 2.65 per minute.

In international long distance calling the total savings to customers will be Rs1.75 per minute. Additionally, the benefit of reduction on ADC will also be passed on to the roaming customers for STD and ISD, an official press release here said.
