The company in collaboration with SAP plans to develop a business solution for the public sector enterprises, said Mr David Perroni, Managing Director, MyITgroup. The privately-held $70 million (Rs 306.5 crore) Texas-based MyITgroup currently employs 50 professionals at its Bangalore centre, where it has initially invested about half a million dollars. The company expects to service 40 to 50 customers from Bangalore over the next 12 months. The India offer includes professional services, remote management, offshore development and system monitoring services to its global customers. The company will also look at tapping the huge base of SAP installations in India. "Our India operations will be one of the key drivers of our growth," Mr Perroni said. "The deployment of SAP's enterprise software in India is unique asit has been adopted by a number of small and medium businesses. We will learn this model and try to replicate it elsewhere too," he said. MyITgroup has begun talks with SAP's India operations to build tools and components for the SAP's business software with an aim for additional revenue, he said. "We would also be starting work in the business intelligence space."
