THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Sippy brand of fruit juices, a product of R.R. Retort Foods Ltd, has been introduced in the Kerala market.

The Thiruvananthapuram-based Metrocorp will be the distributors for the State, according to Mr G. Unnikrishnan, Marketing Director.

The former Union Minister, Mr O. Rajagopal, inaugurated the sales of the mango and guava flavours at a function here on Friday attended by Mr R. Prabhakar, Director, R.R. Retort Foods. Modern retort packaging technology combines canning with high-pressure steam sterilisation and special airtight packaging.
