Electronic library set up in Kottayam Medical College

KOTTAYAM: An electronic library has been set up in the Kottayam Medical College with help from the old students of the Medical College working in the US and the Association of Kerala Medical Graduates.

Dr N.Sudhayakumar, Principal, and Dr P. Asokan, Superintendent of the medical college said that the Learning Resource Centre, which accommodates the electronic library, will have a conference hall, lobby, reception room server room, resting place and a computer hall. The cost of the centre is estimated to be around Rs 75 lakh.

The Chief Minister, Mr Oommen Chandy, will inaugurate the Learning Resource Centre on Saturday.
