Power Ventures to invest in Easun

CHENNAI: Power Ventures Holdings (India) Pvt Ltd will pick up equity in Easun Reyrolle Ltd, investing Rs 2.5 crore for that purpose.

Power Ventures is to be made a preferential offer of equity shares, according to an announcement in the BSE by Easun Reyrolle.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on February 10, for obtaining shareholders' approval for the preferential allotment.

Easun Reyrolle, part of the Chennai-based Easun group of companies, manufactures electrical transmission products.
