Natco raises $13.5 m via FCCBs

HYDERABAD: Natco Pharma Ltd has announced that it has completed its foreign currency convertible bonds issue that has helped raise $13.5 million. These bonds are to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The Director Finance of Natco Pharma, Mr Bhaskara Narayana, in a statement on Thursday said: "Perhaps, this is the first company from Andhra Pradesh to have completed an FCCB issue. The company would utilise the proceeds of this issue for meeting the capital expenditure and expenditure connected with filing of Drug Master Files and Abbreviated New Drug Applications."
