Odyssey Tech stock option

CHENNAI: The Chennai-based Odyssey Technologies Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors in their compensation committee meeting held on December 6, have decided to issue 2.10 lakh stock options to the employees on the basis of their performance appraisal, at a grant price of Rs 11 as 80 per cent of the closing market price of the shares of the company on the BSE as on the grant date. The shareholders have already approved the ESOP plan.
