Premier Automobiles seeks shareholder nod for name change

Mumbai , Dec. 8

PREMIER Automobiles Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has sought approval of its shareholders to change the name of the company to Premier Ltd.

The company has sought approval through a postal ballot.

Premier Automobiles has appointed Mr Vikram P. Gandhi, Company Secretary in practice, as scrutiniser for conducting postal ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
