Pragati adopts StorageTek tool

HYDERABAD: Pragati Offset, a Hyderabad-based printing and repository solutions provider, has deployed StorageTek data storage solutions for storage, archiving and retrieval of huge volumes of data generated by image and application related work and to address their global customers' need to access information from the Pragati's data centre.

With the deployment of StorageTek solution, Pragati Offset has begun to address the key problem of managing its storage cost effectively even while maintaining terabytes of data.

StorageTek, a $2-billion (about Rs 9,000 crore) technology solutions provider, addresses the storage market.

Pragati Offset provides printing and repository solutions for its clients in the country and diverse markets such as the US, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Pragati uses IT extensively to provide customised solutions to its clients, ranging from annual reports, catalogues, books, brochures, and posters to greeting cards and marketing collaterals.
