Alliances & Joint Ventures PR firm Edelman, R&P Management form joint venture Our Bureau
Mumbai , Oct. 21 PUBLIC relations firm Edelman and R&P Management Communications Pvt Ltd (R&PMC) have announced a 50:50 joint venture partnership to serve the growing reputation and relationship management needs of Indian companies going global and global companies in India. The joint venture company R&PMC: Edelman, will be headquartered in Mumbai, with offices in Delhi and Bangalore and will be led by Mr Roger C.B. Pereira, Founder & CEO of R&PMC. "With Indian foreign direct investments at an all-time high and Indian companies expanding overseas at record pace, India is a key growth market for Edelman," said Mr Richard Edelman in a press statement. Edelman and R&PMC have worked together on several major clients engagements before forming the joint venture. R&PMC has been an affiliate of Elderman since 2002. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, the release stated.
