ARCIL acquires Pennar Alu assets

HYDERABAD: Pennar Aluminium Company Ltd, the city-based ailing aluminium company, has informed the stock exchanges that the Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd (ARCIL) has acquired financial assets of the company from the financial institutions and banks such as IDBI, ICICI Ltd, SBI, State Bank of Hyderabad and State Bank of Mysore. However, the value of the assets acquired by ARCIL was not disclosed.
